Dawn - Between Light and Dark

Dawn is a character that I came up with a long time ago. She starts off in a magical academy where she is the bottom of her class. One day, while playing the piano, Dawn slips into a dream-ish world where she is visited by the Sage of Stars, who awakens her magical powers (that had been sealed within her). Afterward, she can cast both magic of light and darkness, and has to battle some inner demons to figure out who she is... oh, and save the world and stuff.

Well... the story is MUCH more interesting than that, but most of the story was lost years ago (thanks in part to the MS Blaster Virus and another to my parents' computer dying). While most of the stories I've been working on as of recent have been comics, Dawn's story (if told) would probably take the form of a novel. I drew this because I wanted to get a good mental image of what she looked like.
